Mindfulness for everyday life (Workshop)
Mindfulness is a life-changing force for your growth and your daily well-being. In this workshop we will learn a few techniques and tips for easy mindfulness practices that you can easy implement in your daily life. This will of course include some simple meditations, body scan exercises and a few interesting techniques from Buddhist practices. This workshop is absolutely perfect for beginners as well as the practitioners who already gained some insight about mindfulness in general.
