Yoga in English

Yoga is a practice of balancing your mind, body and soul and enhances strength, endurance, flexibility as well as concentration. This yoga practice is a well-balanced blend of active yoga poses to shift and brighten the energy, followed by restful deep stretches and guided relaxation. We create a space where you’re encouraged to bring more awareness into your body. After the yoga class you will feel refreshed, lighter and relaxed.

Yoga in English on Monday 5.30-6.45 pm (TH Fraenkelufer 18): Please bring your own yoga mat (no mats on site).
