Bouldering

This course take place in English.

Bouldering - climbing without a rope. Bouldering is done at jumping height over thick safety mats. No special prior knowledge or knowledge of belaying techniques is necessary.

Level 1-2 (beginner courses): Basic bouldering techniques, including warm-up, cool-down, spotting and belaying.

Level 3-4 (advanced courses): Teaching of advanced bouldering techniques.

The fees include the daily entrance fee, provided that the capacity limit of the hall is not reached. I.e. course participants can check in before the course time and stay after the course for the rest of the day to further deepening what they have learned.
