Ballet in English

This class will include a ballet barre, centre exercises, across the floor, strength and flexibility. Working through the ballet class, we will develop coordination, balance and fluidity. This class follows the regular structure of a ballet class while adapting to the level of the participants. We will work on turns, jumps and basic ballet moves. The music will be a mix of pre-recorded music from classical ballet and other genres. Participants can wear ballet slippers or socks. The class is taught in English.
