Pilates in English
The balanced training method according to Joseph H. Pilates is an effective and efficient whole-body workout. The focus is particularly on strengthening the deep abdominal and back muscles, which improves posture in the long term and prevents back pain. In addition, flexibility is promoted and tensions are relieved. The intensive concentration on breathing supports execution and power, activates the metabolism and promotes inner peace.
Please note: For hygienic reasons, we ask you to bring your own mat (fitness mat or similar) to the course. Some mats are available free of charge in the course room. These may only be used with your own large towel.
