Acrobatic
This course is based on the body physical preparation in order to undertake the acrobatics foundations mixing it with contemporary dance movements. The main focuses will be on the body strengthening, flexibility, coordination and dynamic.
After a deep total body warm-up you will dive into a floor work research which relates your own body to the floor and space, developing coordination tasks. The session will also comprehend an important focus on stretching to increment body flexibility and injuries prevention. It will follow a dance sequence built up on the different elements practiced, searching for dynamic and fluidity into space.
As ending the teacher will guide you into a calm down and breathing moment to relax body and mind.
