Power Pilates *NEW*

Power Pilates follows the same core principles of a traditional Pilates class, with greater emphasis on upper body strength and deeper use of the legs and glutes.  We will focus on generating greater power and freedom of motion with ranges of exercises and dynamic stretches, broadening and integrating one's movement possibilities.  This class is greater intensity than a traditional Pilates class. The course is taught in English.

Please note: For hygienic reasons, we ask you to bring your own mat (yoga mat or similar) to the course. In the course room some mats are available free of charge. These may only be used with your own large towel.
