Pilates in English

The balanced training method according to Joseph H. Pilates is an effective and efficient whole-body workout that combines exercises for the core with movements for the lower and upper body. The focus is particularly on strengthening the deep abdominal and back muscles, which improves posture in the long term, defines the muscles and prevents back pain. In addition, mobility is promoted and tensions are released. The intensive concentration on breathing supports execution and strength, activates the metabolism and promotes inner peace.

Please note: For hygienic reasons, we ask you to bring your own mat (yoga mat or similar) to the course. In the course room H-4032 some mats are available free of charge. These may only be used with your own large towel.
